swype is live video chat, so we need your camera and microphone to match you with people. It's peer-to-peer — we never record it.
1. Eligibility. swype™ is for adults 18 and older. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Conduct. No sexual content directed at anyone who hasn't consented, no nudity involving anyone under 18, no harassment, threats, hate, or illegal activity. Do not record, screenshot, or share another user without their consent.
3. Moderation & reporting. Accounts may be suspended or banned. Reports are reviewed, and content that is illegal — child sexual abuse material above all — is reported to the relevant authorities (in the US, the NCMEC CyberTipline, which is legally mandatory).
4. Privacy. Video is peer-to-peer between you and your match. Minimal metadata is retained for safety and abuse handling.
5. Your risk. You meet strangers at your own risk. swype™ is provided “as is” without warranties, and is not liable for interactions between users to the extent permitted by law.
